One intake, two useful records
The working problem
The details collected at the start of a client relationship often have to be retyped into both a first message and an internal record.
The build approach
A short form captures name, email, industry, and intended outcome. Two branches prepare a client-facing welcome and an internal summary, then parse their outputs for email and spreadsheet delivery.
